Just found out why it felt a bit wayward at the back.
Ive got a snapped rear spring!
So its in at bmw for a new pair to be fitted under warranty.

This is completely 'suck it and see'. Depends on tyre - car - driving style - your personal preferences ref comfort etc etc

Just use the pressures on the label that BMW put on the B pillar.

You mean the pressure they say for runflat tyres, in the OPs NON runflat tyres

Agreed. And the more I get into this it's also about achieving the right balance Front to Rear.
But early days for me in the NRFT pressure debate (which I think has the potential to rival the Manual vs DCT argument in terms of having no single acceptable answer).

I wouldn't run the pressures that are recommended for run flat tyres. Use them as a guide then lower them until the car feels good to you.
The most important factor is how the car feels and the traction. Don't get to hung up on the numbers.

I forgot to ask, Rob. Do you still have RFTs on one axle and non-RFTs on the other?
