This is my attempt at trying to modernise the stock radio against my gunmetal sprayed dash trim. Cabin is a bit of a mess as I'm still in mid overhaul. Waiting on receiving the handle recess beneath the handbrake back newly wrapped in carbon along with a couple of other bits.

Thanks
Got the stereo wrapped by the same place that did the carbon side skirts for the group buy. I know they are also for sale in the buy and sell section, that's where I got the side vents and window switches but I was a bit disappointed with the quality in the end. I had already sent the radio and vents off otherwise I would have probably got them from here too, but I'm much happier with the one I had done myself

I Actually quite like the CF effect, but then the brushed ali surround round the vents doesn't tie in with the headunit so it just looks busy? Again , its up to you but presume youre up for constructive critiscisim

yeah a bit too busy for my liking too.
z4 is all about minimalistic interior in my opinion. The carbon looks alright but the brushed ali and the "roadster" on the side just makes it look a bit tatty.
but each to their own.

Yeah sure, I have some more items in CF coming to tie it all in more. The interior is still only half done.
It's hard to tell from the photo's but the dash is sprayed gunmetal which is much darker than the original brushed aluminium, goes a bit better with the cf. And the surrounds around the air con controls and speaker surrounds will be polished alu to tie in with the vent surround. Centre console has various alu parts to match.
Side vents and window switches are are also cf and the alu surround carries on there.
I debated leaving it just cf but as the vents and radio are two separate pieces I didn't think it looked right. It would be better if it was all one piece.

Like the carbon. Think it looks great
Not sure on the Roadster logo makes it look a bit cheap, do you need to be reminded everywhere on the car your in a roadster when its a drop top?

I'm not so sure about the roadster logo either, that was an afterthought just because I had one and nowhere to put it.
