Will they fit style 400m 18" alloys?
Still looking for a change of alloys and fancying something a bit different but wanting to stick with oem made I've spotted the style 400m from the f30 3 series and think they'd look good on the E85, anyone know if they'll fit
Front Wheels: 8Jx18 ET34
Rear Wheels: 8.5Jx18 ET47
Is there somewhere I can check what spec would work on mine?
These are the model I'm looking at

Those would fit but for perfection i would add 15mm hubcentric spacers to the rear ( 12mm min ) fronts need no spacers

Cheers!
Been looking at wheels all week still cant decide what to go for, think these are the current favourite now I know they'll fit
Need to make a decision soon as one of my rears on the current set is past legal but my man maths is telling me if I need to change a tyre I may as well change all four, and the wheels too.. But needs sorting so I can get back out in the zed!

Don't follow my thoughts if you like them but i really don't think the style 400Ms will do anything for your Si roady

Will they fit style 400m 18" alloys?
Digging up an old thread I know, but,,
I've just bought a set of these and the tyre sizes are correct except being 45 and 40 profiles instead of 40 and 35.
Anyone foresee any issue with these on my Z4 E85 ?
To be fair anything is better than the crap MV2 copies and ling long ditch finders that are fitted.

Assuming non " M "e85 ? then 225 45 18 on 8j et34 front i can't imagine anything other than rubbing especially on lock or compression when hitting dips at any speed .
Rears would be fine unless your car is dropped significantly from stock

You really think so.? I haven't fitted them yet but was hoping the fact that it had been said the front would not need spacers (above) meant that the extra 5 cm would not be an issue.
God I hope your wrong on this, she'll have a fit if I need to sell them on.

Didn't fit, just tried them.
Seller was a gent so I dropped them back off and was refunded.
Going to stick with tracking down 107's.

Are spacers required with 107's ?
Or is that just to get the best look ?

Definitely not required as 107s have the same sizes and offsets as 108s and MV2s, and they are all BMW OE wheels for the E85/86.
So fitting spacers with any of those would be just for looks.

Coupes because stunning!

Hello! I want also to buy the 400 style for an E85, same size and width as the one you tried.
Why they didn’t fit? Was the ET to low for the front? I want to buy them together with some tyres: 225/40/18 for the front and 255/35/18 for the rear...

Welcome to the forum.
I suspect the tyre profile may have been the problem.
I fitted Style 295s from an E89 to my last 3.0Si E86 and didn't get any rubbing.
They were 8J x 18 ET29 with 225/40 tyres on the front and 8.5J x 18 ET40 with 255/35 tyres on the rear.
