Roof fail, parking brake fail, boot lid not opening, cruise not working....the list goes on!

Hi all,

I've been having a few electrical gremlins in my 35i which I think have been caused by a low voltage battery. Last week, go a slow puncture so I used the compressor in the cig lighter to pump it up. Whilst pumping it up the battery warning light came on the dash, so got a new battery at the weekend, all fitted and registered to the car.
In the meantime, I get a "roof control module failure" warning up on the idrive. Then the boot wasn't latching down. Then a parking brake failure warning. Thought the new battery might correct it all, but it hasn't.

Electrical gremlins so far:

Roof control module failure
Parking brake failure
Boot now not opening
Cruise control not working
Auto wipers working intermittently
Fan heater not as powerful (but does still work)
I also get the "increased battery discharge" warning on start up (even though it's a new battery) and I have to reset the clocks.

After a bit of googling I've come to the conclusion the low voltage may have played havoc with the body control module? But I've also read about the FRM module? Does anyone have any experience with these modules? I know I can send them away to get repaired, but at £200 a pop I want to make sure I get the right one repaired. My indi is on holiday until 1st sept so can't get a diagnostics, however the RAC man did read all these codes (before he deleted them all):

A flat battery can throw literally dozens of fault codes
When I collected mine it had over 80
You need to have them cleared and then see which if any return
FRMs and EFBs do succumb bad battery management but till you’ve cleared the codes who knows
Time to get a decent code reader
White 35i MSport MHD re-map…still in one piece

Atacama Yellow 20i MSport Auto. Remapped, more to be done…written off

Would a Carly or Carista clear the codes. I've already tried with a cheap code reader to clear them but it won't clear them!
