You could well be right, but I thought that was a 'no insurance' initiative?

It's all hypothetical, as I don't believe anybody here would not tax their car! :D

As pvr said I'm pretty sure you don't get points for no tax, just a fine plus payment of "back tax".

Seizure only applies to uninsured old bangers, so not to Z4s. :lol:
