That is the stem of the disa valve flap stuck in the inlet valve for no 6 cylinder, hopefully no damage.

Assuming that a) no piston/valve contact has occurred and b) that no drivetrain damage has occurred then I think it will just be a removal of the intake manifold and rescuing of the piece, 2 new disa valves and some gaskets. Still half day work but better than stripping the head
