My front garden right now... Before the storm. Tomorrow morning should be interesting.

I believe it is the first and worst Srorm on record, many times worse than a regular storm.

Yeah, often a storm in a tea cup.
However 1987 i was living on Felixstowe sea front and we were with out power for 7 days
and as a penisular, cut off.

Now on Folkestone sea front.
My French windows are south facing, should i be concerned

Indeed you should!
Being French, they will retreat at the first sign of trouble.

Indeed you should!
Being French, they will retreat at the first sign of trouble.

Probably after burning some sheep in lorries first, so you will be fine for cooked mutton when you do get cut off.
