My 2011 3.0 is throwing the codes p0050 (HO2S heater control circuit bank 2 sensor 1) and p2198 (O2 sensor stuck rich bank 2 sensor 1) and I cant quite figure it out.
it seems as though the O2 sensor just needs to be replaced from what ive researched but is that the case? or is there another or bigger problem im facing?
I do have a weird idle when the car first starts the revs jump around a bit but it smooths out as the engine warms. thats really the only thing ive noticed about the car thats different since the light came on

2011 E89 throwing codes
Only engine problem i had on the similar 23i, needle jumping at tick over but settled after 3-4 seconds (at that point the alternator kicks in at 14.3 volts) was oil leak into plug no.4. I assume there was some kind of voltage leak that went at 14 volts. The car runs at battery voltage for 3-4 seconds on start. I ended up just replacing the cam cover, solved problem. (94k miles).
I think cam cover and venting can cause mixture problems.
