Hi all , new to the forum
Will be looking to buy e89 30i in near future but still considering sl 350 as well
Prefer the look of bmw if I'm honest but it's going to be my daily drive so looking for something with a bit of a comfort as well

Welcome to the forum mate! There's a for sale section on this site, if you haven't had a look yet. Might find something that takes your fancy there. Quite different cars the e89 30i and the sl 350. I think the 350's an automatic V6? If you get a manual 30i, I think it has an N/A engine so will be quite different and perhaps more fun to drive on a twisty but for a daily they'll both be great. I imagine the Merc's probably abit softer and comfier (and thirstier :P )

Been in e89 for a short drive but never in sl . At the end of the day they are both two seater convertible cars . Merc is a bit bigger that's for sure but more expensive as well
