Battery removal- Z4M coupe

Post by Rags » Wed Jan 17, 2024 11:05 am

Hi Folks

Struggling with the most simple task - removing the battery.

I have accessed the battery by removing all the trim.

The standard bmw locking pin has been removed and i have removed the positive and negative terninals.

However the battery wont slide out - is there another lock pin located somewhere else? :driving:

IIRC it can get wedged on the plastic base. You had to sort of lift it up and slide it forward at the same time.
