28th Sunday: Peak District

Post by shuey » Thu Jan 18, 2024 5:48 pm

Hey all

I'm organising a short drive for Sunday morning in Peak District if any of the Z4 peeps feel like a blast. Route is about 130 miles in total, and we should be done around 130pm. I've posted more details on Roadstr App. Not a Z4 owner anymore - but everyone is welcome.

Shout if anyone wants more info

Mine wont be back on the road in time for this one, but if you're planning anything from March onward definitely put details up, I'd be keen!

Also the Tagg Lane Dairy top of Moneyash is well worth adding as a stop-off - the gelato is amazing!!
Carbon Black '07 M Coupe: Intrax 1k2 Coilovers, AP-Racing, Raybestos ST45s, Tillets, Schroth, Vibratechnic, Apex EC7, Strongstrut, Eventuri, H&S, RTD, 4.1FD
Silver Grey '06 3.0si Coupe - SOLD :(

Not too far from me this! That's the kind of area I usually go for a spirited one :driving: I might come through, not sure yet. I tend to get quite busy on Sundays. Great idea though, hope this is the first of many

No worries - yeh if you do decide to join, add yourself to the Roadstr App - easier to share routes as well as see who else is attending.
At mo its 3 of us - M2 / 335 / 123 / also the Z4C from above :) - Possibly an RS3/C63 too

And yes - first of many this year... www.driversonly.club

Great - would be awesome if your can join on Roadstr app - free to download - and its great to organise runs on there - as you can see who else is attending and share routes etc.

Awesome shots by the way - love a cold weather run - with crisp sun!

Defo - I'm aiming to hold one a month... upto April. Locally around NorthWest.
and then from April - september I've got multi-day runs further afield (Wales 2 days /Scotland 3 days /Isle of Man 1.5 days /Ireland 4 days / France 5-7 days) - but all depends on how much interest I get

I know Moz :( Life's a bit of a roller coaster at the moment unfortunately. It'll level out sooner or later :)
