The starter motor is on the blink, wondering if it's the same unit as Alpina B3 3.3 or is there a standard model ?

I see its an Alpina but have you looked at Realoem parts site to look up using your Vin number to see what was fitted when it was built?

I replaced the starter motor in my Alpina Roadster S with this unit a couple of years ago: Bosch 0986017110

It was a straight swap, no issues.
