How To Install USB Adaptor

Hi just wondering if anyone knows how to install a USB adapter like this one without using a stereo or the cigarette lighter.

Is there anyway to connect something like this to the stereo wiring harness?

( I don’t have a stereo or cigarette lighter and don’t want one)

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Have a search on here there is a simple way of getting the plug in the picture in the middle into the back of the stereo- or if you have a plug there already the pins can be taken out of that plug and put into the existing
