Ugly wheel bolts - Aesthetic solution - Never had an issue with these on 4 Z4s now. Finishes off the look IMHO.

I bought a set of caps on Ebay and they were hopeless so I binned them. They were so loose they'd have fallen off at the first bump!

I'd just buy new bolts, or paint them if I could be bothered. Actually I do have a spare set kicking around.....
