Hi everybody.
Been having a problems installing an aux cable for an ipod that i made from a tutorial on these forums. Great tutorial by the way.
My Z4 is 2003 model. It has a the navigation system with the flip widescreen on the dash and premium sound system with amp in the boot.
When i plug the auxiliary cable into the back of the head unit, using the correct pins, nothing happens there is no "aux" option when pressing menu or anything.
i know the cable is working however because i can plug it into the pins that the sat nav voice comes through and you can heir the music from my ipod when changing the voice volume.
Im just wondering if anybody can help me or if this is a known issue with the navigation system in the Z4. i have tried looking everywhere for info regarding this.
Any help that anybody can give will be massively appreciated.
