I have Xenon lights fitted in (2010),to my 2003 z4,can these be converted to continental driving position? and if so how.

Honestly, I would not bother.
There is a flap with access from the wheel arch to reach a lever at the headlights. You could do it, but I have never done it and I am on the continent very often. Never get flashed and the Xenon beam is so level it does not blind anyway.
