Must admit, they weren't to my taste. But I'm considering doing mine in red. (Sapphire Black E85 with red leather) but I can't decide if it's a bit "boy racerish" or not.

I don't think it's bad, but maybe you need to re-ginge your front and side indicator lenses to give it an accenting link.

Looks mean! Like it a lot, black wheels can definitely work on black cars, yours is proof of that
