Only minor minor gripe/suggestion would be to recess the grubscrews a tad. Countersunk hole and shorter screw to hide the slight protrusion of the grubscrews as you can feel/catch them sometimes.
Are the grubscrews an off the shelf item?
Worried that I may need to have some spares on hand if I ever lost one, some. What spec are they?
But it's a tiny gripe for what is otherwise an outstanding piece of work

How about a matching handbrake handle?

Though about it or a aluminium h pattern gear boot.
But not for a while I have a few weddings and other engagements to attend.

Ha ha.
Would cost about £500 per wheel.

But my lathe and mill are big enough though.

I am skimming a colleague's breaks down to get a nice clean finish on them.

(To anyone that thinks this doesn't work, it does just need to take time in the set up)

Picked it up today. Love the weighty feel of it. Installed in no time at all. Will give it a thorough testing later on.

Ollie, received mine today, quick tug on my old knob and fitted the "Buckley special" in a nik nak. Great bit of machining, precision fit and a perfect shape, so much better than the standard knob, makes it much slicker change on 1st and 2nd and just looks ace!
