Spent a good 4 hours on the Monaco blue Zed today in this beautiful weather.
  • Pressure wash initial rinse (plain water)
  • Snow foam
  • Pressure wash rinse
  • Decontaminate lower aeros with Autoglym tar remover
  • Wheel spray with Surfex HD
  • Wash with Bilt Hamber shampoo and lambs wool mitt
  • Pressure wash rinse inc. wheels
  • Air blow dry with modified pet dryer
  • 2hr Machine polish with blue Hex logic blue pad and Sonax Profiline Cutmax (single pass)
...car has had comprehensive machine polish in the past so the above step was just to get a good fresh baseline for the Meguiars.
  • Apply Meguiars with foam applicator
  • Leave 10 mins and remove with Korean edgeless microfibre
  • Dress tyres with Car Pro pearl
  • Interior detail with Chemical Guys anti-static synthetic quick detailer (amazing on the gloss back dash trim)r
  • Dress rubber trim with Gummi Pfledge
The result...

I’ve never used this product before so really no idea. Will report back in a few weeks.

Nice,

I did mine in December and it's still going strong.

Depending on how often your car is used and where is stored I read that it can last anything from 4-6 months.

I doubled up on mine (two coats after a one stage polish) and then put a bit of quick wax on after ever hand wash.

I've got ceramic coating on mine. Did it 2 years ago now. Doing a full detail next week and planning using the Carbon Collective stuff again...thing is, no ceramic coating gets the warm glow that a wax can!!! 8)
