I did this video for my daughters Mazda 3, but it applies to all cars. If not admin can delete. This method was very easy. Took about an hour. the metal in the areas I drilled and cut were soft. Hope this helps someone.

Removing Frozen Brake Rotor
I normally pour a few kettles of boiling water to expand it.
Could use a plumbers lamp to warm it.
I recently replaced the steering ball joints.
No amount of heat would shift the one.
Ended up with a Dremel cutting disc to cut a slot either side, then it came loose.
