Just the driver ..shaken but not stirred…I’d imagine about £5k-£7k…. :tumbleweed:
That is not going to be a cheap fix, especially with the matt paint finish. It wouldn't suprise me if the final cost wasn't north of 8K +
Headlights are £5k alone :tumbleweed:

G29 M40i Thundernight with Ivory interior, all option packs (here for a while, hopefully )

    E89 23i sDrive, Silver (Gone)

The matt finish is a wrap over a gloss black…so that should fix up ok…
We choose to go to on with this endeavour at this time and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard…

G29 (heavily tuned) did a sharp right turn into a wood shortly after turning onto a minor road..
    Ouch,that looks a sore one.
Looking at the damage, and the price of the headlights, new Wings and probably a front Bumper..... could be looking at ,£10-15k by the time everything is fully sorted.

Thankfully not been too many accidents on the Forum runs since they started about 13-14 years ago
Only Scottish one of note was fairly minor with someone doing some good avoidance driving and mounting a banking, with damage limited to Front bumper etc.

Other than that, one early National meet had a similar accident to this, with a bit of misjudgement on the Drivers part.
Thankfully both times,Drivers were ok if a little shaken.

Glad the Drivers ok,Cars are easier repaired than people.

    Glad no one was hurt

Hopefully if the car is heavily modded all the mods and the wrap have been fully declared to the insurers

Hopefully there isn’t too much damage underneath and the structural integrity hasn’t been affected otherwise that could be a write off

I thought that with the chassis behind the wheel arch, looks raised a fair bit, hopefully not.

B21, saw an update last night on the accident you came across

Yes turns out he overtook the Mini on a blind corner..motorcyclist was coming the opposite way..he collided with the innocent Mini head on…shoved the Mini through 90 degrees plus and up onto the bank.

The drunk/drugged driver and his car were unmarked….

There may have been other causal factors but who knows those..

Good to hear that about the insurance, not so good about the parts back order

I’ve heard of cars being written off due to long waits for parts as the cost of rental cars is part of the claim

Hopefully all will be sorted and the car will be as good as new

Christ that's more than twice what I paid for mine used. :headbang:
Now, Sterling grey Z4 2.2 with cup holders, stubby aerial and sport seats. Roadsters ‘cause they’re great with the roof down.
Ford Anglia, Red Sprite, a few MG midgets, MGB Roadster and yellow Ford Capri, all gone many years now.
