I noticed a bit of wind noise from the top of the windscreen recently, and last time I had the car washed I had some water ingress.
I'm no stranger to adjustment of the roof stops to make sure it closes tight against the seal. But that doesnt seem to be the problem here.
Water is getting in between the windscreen glass and rubber seal. not where the roof meets the seal.
If I push on the glass from the inside I can see it flex away from the seal, and I can get a slip of paper in, and slide it all the way from the drivers side to the passenger side.
Is there supposed to be bonding here, or is it purely a compressed rubber seal?

Come away from bonding glue.
Take to windscreen fitters see what they can do.
