Hi there
I have just discovered my amplifier has blown and on taking it out I can see the burn marks inside. The problem is that I am not sure what version it is. the part number is 6512 9221624 and from what I can tell it is actually an upgraded amp normally found in the X5 from the normal E89 ones? it has a large connector and two smaller ones. Would it be possible to downgrade as the second hand ones are around £400? Also would it be just plug and play even if I downgraded or would it need to be coded?
Thanks

Here are the other associated part numbers to look for (the ones that part superceded and the ones that superceded it).
You never know, might pop up cheaper
