Even dirty it looks good
Now, Sterling grey Z4 2.2 with cup holders, stubby aerial and sport seats. Roadsters ‘cause they’re great with the roof down.

Love the look of a dirty car as much as I do a clean one. Shows it’s being used properly

Sorry I wasn't paying attention, it popped up and I thought it was the Zeds in a petrol station thread. :headbang: It was only after I had posted it I realised and thought if I kept quiet I would get away with it. :D Should have known better.

Using the "clarity" slider can make a car look much more shiny than it is....as a result, it's an adjustment you need to be careful with because it can also make a car look fake.

@darich I was just joking that he used photoshop to clean the car. A better tool when photographing cars or anything shiny/reflective is a polarizing filter that fits over the lens. You can even get them for phone cameras these days.

Every day’s a school day; learning to work with photoshop is definitely something I’d like to take on in the future. Not so much to go for the perfect picture, but to maybe slightly boost that which is already there

Agreed! It can really help a colour pop more, and add depth that you sometimes get with the naked eye, but not so much on camera. Didn’t know they have them for phones, interesting as I take 99% of my pictures with my phone these days

Yeah, its a clip on mount and the filters are pretty much the same as what you would mount on a DSLR. I did photography for a few years but I used GIMP. It was free and very comprehensive, not as slick as photoshop but you could do almost everything you could with the full PS paid package.
