No problem, we'll just have to make you a forum hat... that way you can feel part of it all, but you won't be able to see itklarky wrote:nice idea but i just cant think of anywhere i could put one that wouldnt annoy me, other than just below my tax disc as id never see it. but then it would be obscured by the wiper

Re: Forum car stickers - Taking orders now
Can we get some sort of consensus on where it's going? I only purchased the one (don't want to go OTT), so where are we thinking to ensure people who 'know' will be able to see it?
Where a dealer sticker would be? Lower down? Inside of left door (for overtaking)?

I think people will put them in different places. Personally I am going dead centre at the top.Spud wrote:Can we get some sort of consensus on where it's going? I only purchased the one (don't want to go OTT), so where are we thinking to ensure people who 'know' will be able to see it?

I've (only just!) taken my dealer sticker out for it to replace it. Despite the fact I bought it private, I rather liked the idea of driving around for a while with the 'Park Lane BMW' sticker in
I'll go top/centre of the rear window too then.

I think for me it'll be one on one of the rear windows. Bought one of each (inside and outside) to check which works best with my tinted glass.

Re: Forum car stickers - Taking orders now
You press the backing onto the sticker first... then peel the paper off carefully, leaving the lettering on the clear part.
Next, stick the sticker to the window. Make sure you line it up, as it wont move once stuck.
Press it in place firmly, then carefully peen the clear backing off, leaving just the letters on the window.

LOL, nice one Lucy! You'll have to excuse the handwriting, was in the car at the time :$
BTW, the line underneath was not intended to be part of the design, it was just the separator on the roll... works well though
