Carly error code 00A692?

Purchased a Z4 2.3 2011 in July.
Had a couple of issues with the roof and red light flashing.
Bought a Carly coder to check for faults.
None were stored when read with Carly.

Today had another problem.
Red light started flashing - no roof buttons pressed.
All door windows would not operate.
Plugged in Carly and it came up with 00A692, microswitch rear end module closed right.

Light went out again with windows operating once more.

Does this mean switch defective or cable break?
If so what switch should be changed.

Also is there a Carly Code Error list anywhere for all the hall sensors and microswitches.
Think I'm going to have more problems and all help will be welcome.

Seems like another faulty boot closed microswitch.

Would be nice by now if all these codes could be listed.

I'm just as guilty, i never recorded the fault codes when i had 3 various wire breaks.
I try to photograph them, then find i haven't.

Not just a decode, but say a sketch pointing each code to where faults occur.

Unfortunately, a single fault code, if present at all, cannot simply be entered 1:1 in a list of causes.
