Do you go by your gauge or the TPMS in the car? Just wondered as I have tried to set all my tyres to 2.3 to allow for a bit of spirited driving but the on board system and my gauge disagree, And..... yes I have adjusted the pressures and then driven a few hundred yards to allow the TPMS to read the new pressures. All at cold.

Does your pressure gauge have a calibration certificate? If not then it is probably as accurate/inaccurate as the TPM sensors, which I've read somewhere, are accurate to +/- 3 psi. Thus don't worry, it is an indication only and fit for purpose, a racing car it is not. I set mine to gauge plus 0.1 bar to allow for some air escape when I disconnect, so compressor set to 2.3 bar when BMW TPMS says set at 2.2.

Outside temperature causes a lot of variance. If they are in the 2.1-2.3 range they are fine. Mine will no doubt be near 2.1 once the colder weather hits next week. When I add air I set my pump to 2.3.

The TPM in the G29 compensates for temperature, so you’ll notice as your tyres get warm or air temperature rises the tyre set point rises too👍

Yes it is interesting to see how much they increase on the on line display as you drive. I'll probably go by the TPMS display and just make sure they are all equal.....

I've just replaced all the TPM sensors on the winters with genuine BMW ones and they are reading about 0.1/0.2 bar higher than the original summer set up when using the same digital compressor :x
