I usually drink wine, but when I get a chance my favorite brew is Bridgeport India Pale Ale

Well I agree with an earlier post, if i'm in Europe then Heineken. Next comes Killkenny

I've only met a few European beers I didn't like so I won't take the time to name several

I liked Leffe but never drank too much of it
Currently I drink Hofbrau
Had that and lowenbrau at oktoberfest and fell in love. Now I can only get the Hofbrau here. And look at that! A Hofbrau House in Vegas! Yay for me!

I prefer gin and tonic. Beer is too filling and could mess up my girlish figure.

I can't pin it down to a single favorite. I just love beer in general, and enjoy trying new ones whenever I can. I just had a Delirium Tremens this past week on vacation. That is a fantastic Belgian beer, but then again Belgian beer usually is -- fantastic!

At home right now I have a couple cases of Carib. Great with a lime on a hot summer evening.

Other favorites:
Newcastle Brown Ale
Boddingtons
Old Speckled Hen
and anything from Samuel Smith brewery
Past: 1999 z3 2.8 - Arctic Silver Metallic
Present: 2005 z4 3.0i - Titanium Silver

Swing-top Grolsch ... that's imported from Holland, rather than the Brewed Under License rubbish in the taps, cans and small bottles.

The only way to drink. 8)
I also like wheat beers in the summer especially. When in Oz I drink Redback - preferrably at the hotel where it is brewed in Melbourne.

In Canada I typically drink Tankhouse Ale made by the Mill St. Brewery in Toronto, but will also drink Upper Canada, Sleeman's Honey Brown, Newcastle Brown Ale, and I also like Guinness very much.

Of course any bitter ale is best IMO - love going to the UK and trying what they have and the fact that each pub seems to have something different on tap. One that I recall liking very much was called "Rudgates Plunderer" or something like that. Good stuff!
