I am going to start a thread in the lounge on them TBH but will wait until my car has gone and I've been paid before I do.

I used them and they were pretty good, far better than WBAC and you can haggle with them if your not happy

I got (well I haven't yet) more than the reserve by £126, which was around £700 more than WBAC. A lot more work involved my end, though.

Used them 2 years ago but they have changed quite a bit which is why I will start a new thread.

It's annoying as this would have been perfect for the OH and it was in budget, but we can't make any moves until later on in the year (mortgage renewal), so didn't want to mess you about.

It is still on the drive and haven't heard a peep from the buying dealer since it (apparently) sold over 2 days ago.
I am not counting on it going TBH.

I got paid instantly and the car was collected the following day although they did say it could take a week to collect - they did take the keys off me though

I'll be interested in reading this. I will probably want to part with my Jazz soon and I'd rather not sell privately unless it's someone I know or have a connection to. Carwow seems to offer a similar service - did you consider using them?

I did look at Carwow and Cazoo but their estimates were no better than WBAC which was insulting.
I am getting a little concerned about the dealer, as still not heard anything. I emailed them yesterday aswell. I will have to contact Motorway I suppose but that isn't very easy once a 'deal' has been done as they presume it is all sorted.

That is frustrating. Unfortunately our mortgages is up in the air for a a good few months and the 04 Golf, sort of seem to be soldiering on (130k), but I have had my eye on a Mazda 3. Hope it gets itself worked out, but if it doesn't I can always chat to the other half, but don't hold on, on my account.

After me complaining to Motorway this morning, suddenly everything started moving.
I had an email from a logistics company., then a phone call and the car is due to be collected on Tuesday 13th.

Wildfire; sorry but it has to go. I would recommend a Mazda3 (or any Mazda TBH) they are excellent cars, especially the sportnav version as you get a lot of kit for the money. Good luck finding a good one. BTW in case you see ours for sale and you are interested the reg is HW17KLS.

I know you are going to post a thread in the lounge on your dealings with Motorway but I have decided I want to move my Up on asap and I hope you don't mind me asking a quick couple of questions. As the buying dealer has not physically viewed your car is there any recourse once the logistics company delivers the car to them. Also, will you be in receipt of cleared funds before you hand over your car to the carriers.

I know Mazda just like Hondas and Toyotas are very reliable and Mazdas are supposed to be the BMW of the three in terms of driving dynamics but my father has as a 2008 Mazda 3 auto (bought when it was 4 years old) which drives like a dog and my mate just bought a few months ago a brand new CX5 mild hybrid 2.0 petrol manual with over 170 bhp, it's a nice car with nice interior and lots of kit but the thing is totally gutless, considering it has 170bhp it is shockingly bad. Our old 1.6 diesel fiesta had more pull than this thing.
