Road Hero Space Saver Wheel

Post by brownah » Sat Jan 20, 2024 8:22 pm

Anybody know if this will fit my car?

I've found the Road hero RH154 kit online.
Does anyone know if it will fit my 2006 Z4M coupe lowered 20mm?

Thanks

Road Hero Space Saver Wheel

From what I could find the RH154 kit is a 17" wheel so it might not fit over the front brakes on an M, but I didn't even look at the PCD or offset to be fair!

Before a road trip in 2021 I bought a single front 224 wheel on here for £60 and got a new tyre fitted to avoid a "show-stopper".

It might take up most of the boot space but I know it will do the job without any limit on distance and speed, which would be handy when I'm 400 miles or so from home. And if you use a space-saver you still need to get a full size wheel in the boot anyway!
Coupes because stunning!

Road Hero Space Saver Wheel

When they were delivered to the wrong place, I managed to get four new track tyres in my Zed (albeit without wheels) along with my crash helmet and clothes for a weekend away. Being unable to use the rear view and passenger door mirrors made for an interesting 40 mile journey, especially since it was driven mostly on motorways. I wouldn’t recommended it!

Road Hero Space Saver Wheel

Good chance a e90 series spare would fit(if z4 E89) i've got an alloy one for my E91 with 125/80/17 tyre. Max 50mph. Slim and fits my 2009 325d LCI but if you use it you have to find space for something like a 255 wheel with tyre that you've taken

Maybe not see its a E86M coupe., maybe E90 M car spare?

I had a 17" space-saver from an E46 (only 330i/330d had a 17" one) when I had my 3.0Si but realised it was unlikely to fit the front of my MC so I sold it and got my 18" 224 front wheel.

While a 17" might fit on the rear, if the flat was on the front you'd need to fit the space-saver to the rear then put the rear on the front - not exactly ideal!
