Well in the light of day a crease in the door either side of the crash bar inside door..
All sorted with her insurance, they collect in few weeks.
She could have just driven off, but as discussed at work, everywhere seems to have cctv, or claims to.
But what use, would police be helpful finding as it occurred on private land, not the highway.
Be interesting what the repair will look like.

Not a looker, not one of those "I meet my soul mate" moments.

So annoying, i only live around corner and usually park up at home and walk to shop.
And only parked end of line because at work day before some parked close to me so couldn't get in car, so didn't want repeat on the shop car park.

I’ve heart that some folk run into cars to meet partners, a sort off crash date
Now, Sterling grey Z4 2.2 with cup holders, stubby aerial and sport seats. Roadsters ‘cause they’re great with the roof down.
Ford Anglia, Red Sprite, a few MG midgets, MGB Roadster and yellow Ford Capri, all gone many years now.

Not sure...but I do see dead people, if that counts. :D
All good things come to those who wait. I'm really impatient which explains a lot.

F31 320i. Good car.
E89 20i Now fully dried
Z3 'free litre'. Project and a half. Complicated!
Mazda3 sold
Tatty old R56 Mini Cooper. Money pit!

It’s a well known fact that car drivers hunt out cars to park next to. It’s totally true. I once parked at the far edge if a car park in an empty town in the middle of France when as soon as I had chosen my slot (of all of them) a French Peugeot 406 estate with a family of five and animals parked close enough to me so doors could not be properly be opened and then they all poured out, biffing and bashing as they went.

Yesterday In Paris they voted to triple car parking charges for SUV's.
They all need to get gone, dangerous, dirty and way too big.
I was reading a ream of stats about them, one that stood out;

Since their introduction the number of child fatalities in car/pedestrian accidents has increased by 54%!!!!!!!
Including the land rover that lost control and drove right through a nursery a few years back.

Top marks to this driver for waiting and confessing, or did you 'catch her' before she sneaked off do you think???

No she was waiting, i knew what had happened as soon as i had line of sight.
I was resigned to the fact the car was hit, i just knew it.
I stood there in silence whilst she told the story.
I just said, well these things happen (if i don't heed that little voice in my head that said park at home and walk back).
It was totally my fault. :(

If i had thought a meteorite would hit it, it would have done.
I had one pass over me in Cornwall, whizzed overhead, sounded like frying bacon.
And saw one whilst gazing into the distance at hold point waiting to take off, that was spectacular, but missed me!
