Although not too technically minded, I believe there is a way you can do a reverse image search and it shows you where the image is from and where else it is being used.

No doubt someone on here will give instructions how to do it.

You can do an image search by screenshotting it then searching using the Camera icon on Google. For some reason I didn't think of doing that with the images in the eBay ads. Doh! Probably just thought it would give me similar looking cars.

An update : eBay removed all the Z4 adverts, and the 20.or so Porsche, Bentley etc ads by the seller. BUT they let them.keep their account open and now they've posted loads of cheap mainstream cars.

What an ‘a hole’ company they are. This just proves to me that I am right not to have anything to do with them.
Now, Sterling grey Z4 2.2 with cup holders, stubby aerial and sport seats. Roadsters ‘cause they’re great with the roof down.
Ford Anglia, Red Sprite, a few MG midgets, MGB Roadster and yellow Ford Capri, all gone many years now.

The fake ads are back on eBay again. The genuine advert for the yellow Z4 is still on autotrader at 11k.

Yes I noticed a couple of cars advertised by dandwcars at suspicious prices that I thought were advertised at higher prices elsewhere. Interestingly they also say something along these lines of are you tired of getting ripped off :D
