radio in the 35i. I’m thinking it being the basic offering is a good thing as with no factory amp hopefully I can just add a DSP and a couple of meaty amps, two underseat subs, Focal mids and tweets with all new quality wiring run straight from the amps bypassing the standard wiring, without the usual issues with the factory amp etc. is this feasible…?

Quite a few people now do harness adapters for this basic version …

This might be but to my non audiophile and poor quality ears I can’t tell the difference and it sounds great to me!

But seriously I’ve had people in my car and all have commented how great the system sounds, but then again none of them are audiophiles either.
