East Anglia meets ‘24

Post by jock156 » Wed Apr 10, 2024 5:10 pm

Getting to that time of year again

Cars & Coffee is back at the usual 2 meeting points although methinks the event has probably outgrown Briston, but we’ll see.

The second event is now 2 years old & is very well attended with a vast variety of cars 8) , it’s only downfall is show times :headbang:

I’ll be at both, so see you there

I'll be at The Ram on 28th of April.
I think Rob usel is plotting a run from there down to Woodbridge through the back roads. Should be a decent run out, weather permitting.
HQ of 'Norfolk Zed Rescue'.
Always happy to help if I can.

If the forum helped you, why not help the forum back. Thats the Z4 way!

Just seen this on FB. Wouldn’t mind a change of scenery to be fair, but don’t want to ruffle Robs feathers.

We won't hold our breath, mate. It's been over a year to date! :poke: :D
All good things come to those who wait. I'm really impatient which explains a lot.

F31 320i. Good car.
E89 20i Now fully dried
Z3 'free litre'. Project and a half. Complicated!
Mazda3 sold

East Anglia meets ‘24

Post by Scarcey » Sun Apr 14, 2024 8:10 am

I’m hoping to get to some more meets this year. I’ve had a rubbish start to the year which has forced a delay in getting the Zeds back onto the road - I’m itching to get back out with the recent nice weather this weekend.

I’d definitely be up for getting an East Anglia/Norfolk/Suffolk Zed meet sorted separate to some of the bigger events. Suffolk Cars and coffee is also well worth a look. The group has grown over the last 18 months and events are generally well attended. The ones at Roy Humphrey in Eye last year attracted many visitors. I’ve included some photos of some of the meets I attended last year.

Bridge classic cars in Petistree were doing twilight meets in the Summer; I believe they’re hosting the East Anglia BMW owner’s club there on June 9th. I was thinking about getting a membership to attend that :)

Here’s to the arrival of warmer weather. Image
