I bought my E89 Sdrive 30i from LLoyds in Carlisle, it was a very pleasant experience - however I thought they were a bit mean charging me £14.99 for a litre of engine oil to keep for top-up purposes on a £36000.00 car!

I was not particularly firm with them just surprised and somewhat disappointed when I having just Switched £36K to them I then asked if I could have a litre of top up oil to keep me going they billed me £14.99!!

Yep that was a Bond Equipe GT4S the car I rebuild between the ages of 14 and 17, passed my test and then .......

I spent about the same amount on a Disco 3 back in 2006 at a Stratstones dealership and got bog all free!
No decent key fob not even a bunch of daffodils for my wife - So do you think they get my car for a service each year?

Whats £20 in the great scale of things when you have spent £30+k and then some more on service and accessories?

Will they ever learn - Penny wise, pound foolish!
You don't stop playing when you get old - You get old when you stop playing!
So I bought a 35is with all the toys to play with.
