His colleague got my number for him to call me back, then I also emailed him my delivery address and contact number for arranging payment yesterday afternoon. But I still had no call from him today at all.

spoke to Joe today,he checked the mfsw prices for me while I was on the phone (not that I need one) and now it is about 500 quid while the tri-colour one is about 600ish!

it's amazing how strange this was, as I bought mine about 7 or 8 months ago only £230.

he mentioned they are very busy, so if you need to place an order or enquire,do give him a ring rather than sending emails.

when I called them,I had to leave a message but within 5 minutes he rang back

Same here. Ordered cupholders two weeks ago yesterday and was told they would be ready for dispatch last Monday at the latest (waiting on delivery from the continent). Still waiting and not had a chance to phone due to work. Tried phoning today and it just rang out.

Update:had an email from Jamie apologizing and letting me know that a replacement part has been sent out FOC and they will refund the 1st payment as well.

I am not really bothered about getting a refund or not,but the service wasn't the same as the few times before which wasn't expected from them.

let's see if the 2nd set arrives 8)

I ordered a windblock retrofit from Joe. There was an issue with delivery, but was the fault of the delivery company who relabelled the package without my phone number and the courier company was unable to find me. Joe sorted it out quickly. We all make mistakes and have problems in business, but we should be measured by how we solve the problems and issues.

I cannot fault Joe or Jamie at the parts dept at Sopers, always very helpful and timely. Not quite can be said for the Service dept, but that's an old and different story.

Ditto - great price & service from Soper today, shall def be using them again. They should run a Workshop for other dealers so they can all offer this level of service

Bought cruise control stalk and sensor mat off Joe, and had him price up a number of other things and answer a few queries of which he is very knowledgable.

My experience has been 100%

Mat had to come from Germany, but arrived promptly, cruise control stalk was delivered almost before I'd put the phone down.

Can't fault his service.
