Joe Machens is an absolutely great dealership. My salesperson, Dennis Carter, actually brought my Z4 to the town I live in which is a 90 minute drive. My Z4 came from a lot in Arlington Texas and Machen's had it shipped to their lot without charging me for the shipping.

A few days after I received my Z4 hubby noticed a few very small hail marks on the hood. I called my salesperson and they had a driver come to my town to pick the z4 up, took it to their dealership and removed the dents at no cost to me.

I just recently had two Rotator Cuff surgeries and could not drive that distance.
