Been playing with my birthday present...
For my 30th I received a DA-6 with bits and bobs, so today I set aside a few hours (8 to be precise) and set to work.
Before:
I decided that the British weather cant be trusted so I put up our new gazebo. The neighbours must have thought I had sunk to new levels of car geek....but I felt quite professional:
And after many hours later the finished article. I'm pleased with the results, the DA polisher definately produced better results than I ever could by hand, however I was disappointed that I didnt manage to get rid some of the deeper swirl marks. However I think that I will save that for another day and perhaps a slightly coarser polish.

Ace results. And dont worry about the car geek thing. It resides in us all and we all have our own spiritual gazebo (mine's green though)

Nice level of correction! Deeper swirls may require a rotary.

Montego blue coupes are simply stunning. Very nice job on the detail!

Is it a Montego Blue, or Maldives blue? Whichever one it is, my favorite colour though am a little biased,BlueZ4 wrote:Montego blue coupes are simply stunning. Very nice job on the detail!
