Not for a while yet... wheels was supposed to go for paint this month, but just had to replace all discs and pads on my daily driver Type-r EP3 :(
...first set of discs in 112K miles isn't too bad though.

Timing might not be too bad... hopefully the UK will have some PSS in size 255/40/18 by December, fingers crossed :)

... so was at the local wheel specialist today to check out the finishes and colours in the flesh. Was going to go for light gunmetal, but have decided on Black Chrome.

It definitely grey, but not as dark as light gunmetal in the light, and has a nice gloss which helps them pop without the bling, especially since it's going on a black car, sample finish:

Wheels back from paint, TWS have done a cracking job, just what I was after.
Pics don't do the colour finish justice, they look titanium grey in the light, and gunmetal in the dark.

The BBS centre stickers look good, but have got some stuff to try making some custom graphics for the centres... more to follow.

Centre caps sorted... have always wanted a set of wheels with BBS stamps on them, but also got a set of 62mm bmw caps, the blue in the bmw just sets them off...I think that's what will go on them...

Thanks guys, it's a tough one, I think if I'd a grey/ti coloured car I'd go bbs, but with black car, the flash of blue is a nice colour touch, will need to get tyres on and do some test fittings...

They'll both look great on those rims really.
I'm going to look at getting my 326's finished in that colour in spring now, and I was all set for anthracite!! :headbang:
