Newbie in Norfolk

Post by dbaz193672 » Mon Oct 28, 2013 9:01 am

Hi all,

My names Dave and I am based in the sunny county of Norfolk. I am currently on the look out for my first Z4. My budget is looking that my choices are either a pre face lift 2.2 or a facelift 2.0. I am not fussed about chasing big horsepower as I have done that in the past with my previous cars.

The z will be my daily driver and I will be covering around 20k per year. I do like to make sensible mods to my cars so may do things like exhsust, filter and intake.

I have a couple of cars I am viewing at the minute looking at the 2.0 sport which is my favoured spec over the se.

Any thoughts of opinions will be greatly appreciated

Hi and welcome :) - follow the link in my signature for pre-owned buyers checklist which you may find useful.

I would certainly go for the 6 cylinder engine (2.2 and above) over the 2.0. The 6 cyl. is a smooth ride however you will enjoy the 2.0 - worth a test drive in both if you get the chance to appreciate the difference.

Good luck with the search
