As the title really.
The driver's door opens and the window drops as normal, but once I'm in and the door is closed, the window doesn't roll down at all. When i try the window switch I think I can hear a quiet click from the switch, but no actio .
Passenger side works fine and I've tried the 5 second window reset procedure

I would try the switch first.
I presume if you hold the unlock button on the fob the window does drop though (coding dependant)

Panic over I think. It may be a dodgy switch. I don't have a voltage tester to check it so will get one at some point.
Left it for a couple of hours, went out just now and tried opening the windows remotely with the key and it worked. Got in, took it for a short drive and all working as normal now.
Every German car I've owned has had electrical gremlins lol. Something to keep an eye on.

Water ingress perhaps?
