Fitted the “‘new” seats to MaldivesMax’s roadster last night. Got a text from him this morning after a 2-hour drive, all smiles 8)

You really wouldn’t give his car 335.000km… a testament to his care for it
Four Alfa's and a Ducati later, I've turned to the dark side...

Just listed my Z4C for sale on here - where else would people recommend? AT? EBay?

eBay has always been good for me if I’m honest. I’ve never had any luck with Autotrader of Pistonheads.

AT for me, wouldn’t trust eBay. Also Motors UK
Now, Sterling grey Z4 2.2 with cup holders, stubby aerial and sport seats. Roadsters ‘cause they’re great with the roof down.
Ford Anglia, Red Sprite, a few MG midgets, MGB Roadster and yellow Ford Capri, all gone many years now.

Finally got a decent day to clean the car, busy week, had the wheels redone in shadow chrome, didn't like the diamond cut look, made the car look like a 1970's Corgi Whizz Wheels car

I’ve sold a couple of roadsters on here for bargain basement prices, but sold my Coupe on A/T within a week at the asking price, even though it was bit higher than I was asking on the forum.

Your car looks good, and well priced by the way.

Rebuilt Max’ old seats after gutting them for the frame and memory module. Soon, I’ll have a set of M-sport seats with dual memory function; both passenger and driver

Collected my refurbed 261’s to replace my 108’s.

The colour in the end didn’t look anything like the sample that I chose, it’s very bold but I actually like it. I’m well aware that it’s a bit marmite and is quite a hard colour to capture accurately with my phone camera.

As you say it’s marmite and most would choose silver but I like it.

Fitted my recently acquired 437M's. Not a fan of the satin black, so there will be a colour change happening at some point.

Looks spot on. Was it wheel wizard that done them?

She's looking good Andy, did you get them from Peter? Yes, Wheel Wizards, Stewart did a great job as usual, turned them around in less than a day. Put two new tyres on the front also, ordered them through Black Circles and Stewart fitted and balanced them (the rears had been recently done when the car had its last service at Synter), so off Tuesday afternoon to get a 4 wheel alignment done.
