Just taken my calipers and carriers off the Z to send away for refurbishment and noticed the Front offside has no ATE or M markings as the others do. I've replaced plenty of discs and pads but never noticed this and even though the braking is perfect my brain can't let it go, so I need to...

My calipers are looking a bit tired so I am thinking of sending them for a refurbishment/repaint. Has anyone any experience with BCS? or can you recommend alternative company. I don't want to upgrade as with some Blue Stuff pads I love em and they look the part. Cheers :thumbsup:

Track day tomorrow so did final checks. The dipstic end came off somewhere in the bendy pipe and made me swear more than usual. Rather than taking the tube off I cracked the oil filler open and put the vacuum hose onthe dipstick tube. BINGO! The plastic end came out with a small ammount of oil...

Moved my roof pump, seems I've put weight on and I'm not as bendy as my brain thinks. 3 hours of groans and cursing but it looks ok and works. By the way the wells were clear and dry but there was 3" of mucky water inside the rubber pod. Things are not always as it seems.
