19 CSL reps - M fitment

I’ve decided to go in a different direction so I won’t be fitting the CSLs. They’re in near immaculate condition (9.5 out of 10) with very good MP4S 265/30 and 235/35 - looking for £950.

Where are you based, and can you check the tread depth on the tyres? Would be interested in knowing who made the wheels too if you know.

Cheers,
Ed

My MC came with 19" CSL Reps, but so many Z4s had them I bought a set of 224s just to be different!

Anyway GLWTS Simon.

And it will be interesting to see what you fit instead.

I had the 19 inch version on my E85 and absolutely loved them. They are popular for a reason and that is because they look so good. Good luck with your sale.

Are these still for sale?? What finish Atomic are they - there are a few silvers I think??

Just be aware that if they are the same sizes and offsets as OE CSLs you're probably going to get some rubbing on the rear.

Your 108s are 8.5J ET50 rears, OE CSLs are 9.5J ET27 so they'll sit about 35mm further out. :o

To clarify, these should be fine on a Z4M which has a narrower rear track than the 3.0Si (hence the more aggressive offset on the OEM style 224 compared to 108s etc). On a 3.0Si the problem is not rubbing necessarily, but the face of the wheel will protrude beyond the wheel arch.

Apologies I saw afterwards they were M fitment, not to worry it was only on the off chance - will pick up a set with correct offset etc.

This is the beauty of this forum, those more knowledgeable can save a lot of confusion and upset for both buyers and sellers

Well it is, but apologies for putting off a potential buyer.

But I didn't want a Newbie to get it so badly wrong!

No problem mate, as I say this is the beauty of the forum and exactly what it should do. I whilst I would take the wheels back if they were wrong for the buyer, I’d rather not have the hassle for both sides.

Hi Simon. Are these still for sale, please? If so I’d very much like to buy them. I’m on 07760178040. Many thanks, Matt.
