BMW Z4 Tail Lights-History, What kit do you like

Hi folks!

I noticed shopping there is 2-different or should I say 3 including the original 2003 Z4 taillights and side marker kits---

So the big question is looking for your help trying to decide on what kit looks best on the Maldives 2003 Blue Zed :headbang:

I am leaning toward the all white kit, but dont' know if it is the best choice, If anybody has pictures with this color that would be appreciated, if not your vote will count---- :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

No, No, No... you need the 2005 style. Its like #1 but without the euro rear fog, and the inners are red matching the outside red, instead of an orange-ish color. The best of all!

Agreed, however clears do look clean on Jet Blacks..

If you choose, go w/ the 1st link, that 2nd link are just wrong..
 
For sure avoid the 'all clear' I think they somehow look cheap and flatten the profile of the car

Variations on the white spot Euro are best, but if you can avoid the UK fog light even better.

To echo edderby's post this is mine (inherited lights) but without the symetrical look:

Looks like I have a minor project to do sometime if I don't move to LED lights
 
Just do what I did. Put red overlays over the amber turn singles. BlackSapphireZ got them on his car and made a post about where to get them.

Only thing I didn't like was having to cut the darn things. The amber singles aren't perfect circles and the surface isn't perfectly flat so you just have to trace it out and cut the square vinyls. This isn't my car but I'll post pics of mine when I get home from work.

OK, I will go for the 05 rear lights that are red and white! Now the question remains, do I change the brake light to white and also the side markers to white to finish the new look? I think that would finish the look!

Can I get the side lamps in clear and rear brake light in clear as a kit? Or does anybody know a source for all of them as a complete 05 kit, BMW part# ??????

I say go for the clear 3rd brake light and side markers.
