Ram Air Scoops -E85/86 all variants - Oct 2018

So I’ve screwed it in, but the metal is not really flush with tube walls. Indeed the top screw could only be screwed in st an angle, and not even all the way in (see pic )
The final result is way different to how it looks in the web site pic.
If someone could please give me a steer, it wud be appreciated. Or I’ll give up!

Hi,

I think the left top corner should be a lot higher.
I drilled out the holes in the metal quite a bit, to make it easier to put the screws in at an angle.

Didn't see your post whilst I was doing it, so this is the best photo I have to offer. I'm not saying I did a perfect job, placement wise. But altogether fairly happy.

any more of these still for sale?

what was the consensus on what they do for the car? a worthwhile performance / cooling mod?
