Looking at various news reports I am sure he is dead.

Please let me know if that situation improves. Also an update on Elvis wouldn't go a miss either... :wink:

The Los Angeles Police Department has been known to make a few mistakes in the past, taken bribes, planted evidence, ignored important evidence that isn't in the best interest of their prosecution so the answer is ...

Possibly, ... we will know for sure when the family starts fighting over the estate. :x
