What make are those droplinks - got a link for them?

Got them from a company called spring loaded but are under the name of RoadNutz - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/234181208495 or here https://www.spring-loaded.co.uk/proddetail.php?prod=RoadNutz%7EFront%7EAdjustable%7EDrop%7ELinks%7E-50mm%7Efor%7EBMW%7EZ4%7ECoupe%7E%28E86%29%7E3.0si%7E%2F%7EM%7E%7E03%2F2006-2009

Works out cheaper to buy from spring loaded direct rather than ebay .

Thank you kindly sir!

Now the big one which some would say is a complete waste of money considering the benefits you get but for me it was something I have always wanted to do since I first started researching modifications to the Z4 . Equal length headers and custom exhaust . For LHD there are plenty of options but for RHD none that I am aware of that fit without adjustments that then interupt the flow . I approached a couple of exhaust fabricators but they were not interested saying it was too much work etc etc . I eventually made enquiries with Matt Simpson from Simpson Race Exhausts https://simpsonraceexhausts.com/. Matt wanted to see the car before committing so I drove down to Slough and a couple of his guys took a look over it and an hour later I was driving back with an estimated price and a big grin on my face and a melting credit card . There were a lot of emails between us about what I wanted including primary size , x - pipe , twin or single pipes , positioning of cats ( provided by myself ) etc etc . The welding on the exhaust is excellent and a bit of a crime that it is hidden away . Simpson have not shown this project on their website as I believe they don`t really want to do it again due to the amount of work involved .

I am just going to provide a load of photos of the process some which were taken by Simpson and some by myself afterwards ( Sorry that they dont seem to load in the order I want them too ) . It sounds great and quite loud but I requested a re packable back box so I can increase and decrease the packing easily . First impessions are it revs so much more freely and it brings a huge smile to my face . I have had it on a hub dyno and I will post those figures soon as I am having a remap done next Thursday via email by StageFP in USA to make full use of the MILV`s I fitted and the new free flowing exhaust . The Drexler diff I bought from Craiginuk https://z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=141934 will be fitted by then so hopefully all will go well . Must say a big thanks to Craig for all the information he has provided me for the diff and for the great communication to get the diffs swapped and transported

I do enjoy a car build topic..
Great work, Sir!

Did you notice the sound deadening results?

Haven`t done anything with the packing yet as I`m still enjoying the sound but may change my mind if I take it on a longer trip . Will have to get it tested for noise anyway before going on a track day :)

Forgot about the xHP transmission map . This is a great upgrade and so easy to do . I went for the stage 3 map so you can change between them depending on what you are doing . It is on stage 2 most of the time and stage 3 for those " special biscuits " moments :)

Site is here for those with auto boxes that havn`t heard about them . https://www.xhpflashtool.com/

I’m seriously thinking about this for my coupe

Did you buy yourself or get a garage to map?

What’s the different stages like?

sounds amazing. Lovely rear spoiler

It certainly does  Spoiler is one of those " marmite " items but I like it
I think they definitely work. On my to fit list over the winter. What was your fixing method? M3 tape or something more permanent
