Coincidence - I’ve been looking into the exact same thing and I found:
The 2.2/2.5 uses a 228mm flywheel and clutch… should be the same as off of E36/early E46.
It should also be possible to upgrade to E36 328/M3 (ZF box) spec which use a 240mm flywheel and clutch. All external measurements...

Slight tangent here, but the Porsche Boxster S callipers are also a good upgrade, and can be used with 325m discs if the calliper has 10mm shaved off, or are a direct fit (with proper brackets) for the 345 CSL/Z4M discs
