Interesting idea... It is interesting times for conspiracy theories.... Hard to say whether the FIA is running a conspiracy or is just inept. I really hope the regulations restricting team spend and the changes to the car specs will bring some of the mid table cars closer to the front. It's all very well having Verstappen vs Hamilton, but it'd be much nicer going to the final race with 3 or 4 cars that could win.

I would really love Hamilton to perform in a 2nd or 3rd place car to really see what he is made of, but alas I feel he will bow out on top and so how good he really is will always be up for debate.

If it were all engineered for the final race I think it could backfire, as I can't see a situation where both cars finish this race.

Covid b*****it has got to people's heads...! The winner will be the guy crossing the line first without penalties etc, conspiracy rubbish has nothing to do with it. All things being equal Max won the title 2 races ago as he's had 3 dnf's to Hammy's 1, but Motorsport isn't like that obvs. I dearly hope Max wins his first of many, this world is going PC crazy, don't say this, don't say that, you can't do this or that crap, Max is a hard as nails charger like they were in the past, Hanmy is a ponce and is trying his best to win over his previous mard arse poor little me boy persona with bollocks gestures that mean nothing, the guys a complete fraud. Max is young and ruthless, just what F1 needs, if he wins he'll be a worthy champion and I hope he goes a long way to sticking two fingers up to Hammy and his me me me propaganda bullshit.

Max doesn't force his meaningless ill thought out hypocritical me me me agenda because of my colour progaganda on a sporting Weeknd that doesn't need it as there is a time and place for that elsewhere crap though Pondrew, if he shut his damn mouth, concentrated on his job instead of ramming his bollocks down people's throats i think he'd get the, bang a drum word, respect, that he goes on about a lot more. Shut your multi multi million quid mouth , drive the car.

I'd rather Lewis won, but if Max wins without driving people off the circuit I won't have a problem with that - although that seems unlikely. :lol:

Actually I wish for some added spice that they would switch to touring cars for the final race and really let Max and Lewis have at each other without risk of ruining the race!

I think Max would rip Hammy apart, he's still only 23 and easily a match for 36yr old Ham.

I agree. I do, really. BUT, I only care about the Lewis as a driver once inside the car, not the other crap. As soon as he gets out I couldn't care less and I am happy to switch off.

They would have to start early to get done by Monday morning. Touring cars are so slow :poke:

You only have to remain within 10 car lengths during the formation lap prior to the start of the race - the lap from pits to grid after a red flag actually counts as a racing lap (i.e. counts towards the race distance) and there is no requirement to stay within 10 car lengths.

I would put money on Sunday being a bumper car fest. I can imagine Mr Ginger Spice telling Verstappen, as we speak, "do whatever you have to do Max; don't worry about the constructor's"
